Join Us as a Volunteer at the Mind Body Soul Experience in Alexandra Palace.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us promote singing bowls, assist with sales, and most importantly, raise funds for an urgent cause in Nepal, in collaboration with the community members of PANAUTI and ADHIKARI & FRIENDS.

In September 2024, devastating floods struck the Panauti municipality and the Roshi River regions of Nepal. The floods have left the local population without basic amenities like clean water, food, and shelter. Infrastructures including roads, bridges, and power lines have been completely wiped out, isolating the community and leaving them vulnerable.

Many families are facing the difficult decision to leave their homes, and the urgency for support has never been greater.

The recovery process will take time and require significant resources. Our primary fundraising focus is to install solar-powered lighting systems in 100 homes in Gaagle village, helping the community navigate safely during future disasters. These systems will provide much-needed light in times of crisis, restoring a sense of safety and trust for those affected. Additionally, we aim to provide portable solar lanterns to every household and establish disaster management stations equipped with essential emergency kits.

Whether you're experienced or a beginner, you’ll gain valuable knowledge and insight into professional sound healing techniques, using hand- made 7 metals singing bowls.

As a thank-you for your help, we’ll gift you a singing bowl—the size will depend on how the day goes, but we’re happy to show our appreciation through this forever lasting gift.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

There are two key roles at our stand, and you can be assigned to do either or both:

1. Fundraising for Nepal

- Engaging with visitors

- Answering their questions

- Encouraging support for the cause

- Supporting the team with light tasks.

2. Assisting with Singing Bowls

- Welcoming visitors

- Showing them the basics on singing bowls

- Sharing insights on your own experience on relaxation & stress relief

- Supporting the team with light tasks.
