- A guided sound meditation

- An immersive private sound bath

- A body massage using singing bowls from Nepal

- A personalised guidance to deepen connection between members of the group.

- Any group size between 3 to 12 participants is welcome (any age).

- Safety and comfort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.

All our sessions are held in our Central London studio in Fitzrovia (W1T 5LH).
